Astral Pack 2 is the latest prize pack for Yu-Gi-Oh! TRADING CARD GAME official tournaments! Astral Packs reprint some of the most popular tournament-level cards and are used as participation prizes for Duelists entering local tournaments.

Astral Packs are only available to Official Konami Tournament Stores.

Oh yeah they changed all the card texts lol. Hope Snoww is an Ultimate but probably won't be because Dark World disappeared

To Sky Scout, most likely because they are outright removing the text on the new Harpies about him not being a valid target for their effects. Very likely other Harpies will be reprinted with updated text.
