Sweet mega combo!

Summon Nurse Reficule the Fallen One and set 3 Gift Card's on the field and end your turn. During your opponent's Draw Phase, activate the 3 Gift Card's you place face-down and your opponent takes 9000 damage because of Nurse Reficule the Fallen One's effect and you win the duel.
