someone here should really learn to read...it says : it stops adding cards from deck to hand EXCEPT BY DRAWING....so it doesnt stops allure and other draw cards...it stops sangan..better part is that you can negate special summon of dmoc or dad...and with good att,opp must kill him first,that slows opp game..here you go :P

It also says the TCG wording may differ; It could mean that it would prevent the opponent from drawing cards except in their draw phase...

It says THE WORDING, not the effect, effects don´t change like that between OCG and TCG

or they do by accident, and then they have to be errata'd.

but yeah, when it means the wording may differ, it means small changes, such as "While this card is on the field" --> "While this card is face-up on the field"

While this card is "face-up" on the field is a huge difference between that and "while this card is on the field" which means you could send it while face-down to negate it.

i dont think a lot of cards can activate their effects while face-down on the field, and a lot of them say "while this card is on the field"

and raiou will prevent cards like stratos, rota, crystal seer, etc...it cant affect draw cards like allure and trade-in and solar recharge
