I think they are going to release this deck, because they said that they are going to release only 2 Structure Decks per year and this is the second Structure Deck this year. I can't wait for this Deck. :)

Yes, they left Soul Taker in but they will take out Zombie Master, Gernia (for sure) or another good monster wich is not good at all. :(
I would like this deck to include Spirit Reaper 'cause it works very well with Patrician of Darkness. And also Enchated Arrow is not for this deck, maybe for Crystal Beast Deck but for Zombie not really. :)

I hope they leave it alone and just gives us the same thing they have in japan.The fact is allot has changed & there are allot of cards that just don't hold up the way they used to, there are plenty of examples ,however I'm not going into them because all only get criticized for not copying other pepole .

Iam happy where getting this Structure Deck though .

The last SD

I don't see why so many people were so pissed that UDE made the "Dark Monarch" SD a remove-from-play - based deck instead of having all of the Monarchs; I missed out on getting alot of cards predating SOD, so I was glad to get stuff like 'DD Scout Plane', and lots of those cards work well with the DARK monsters from PTDN, and I know that if they left it the way it was, the whole game would've been flooded by Monarch decks...

There isn't much they can do to mess this up... How could it be worse?

If they did, a good card to replace it with would be 'Recycle'; You may not get the card you want in your hand right away, but it saves you from discarding 2 cards, and you can choose any Trap or Spell instead of just a Spell. Oh, and when it IS your Standby Phase, you can use its effect as much as you want, as long as you have the LP. Like I tell everybody that asks why I use it: "Why not use stuff like 'Monster Reborn' and 'Mystical Space Typhoon' two or three times a Duel?"

They have already released a zombie structure deck, and sure it wasnt all that great. But there are going to be some major changes because of the re-release of a zombie deck. Hopefully it goes well though

Don't you know what's in this?

Even just the new cards exclusively in this, as well as the Zombie stuff in Crossroads, will definitely bring Zombies back to life (teehee!). Just the Field Spell 'Zombie World' would've been enough, but no: they give us another 'Ryu Kokki' with an 'Alien Mother' effect, a zombified 'Paladin of White Dragon' with a similar effect, and a zombified 'Majestic Mech - Ohka' that burns whoever controls just itself during their End Phase. And then there's an anti-RFP Continuous Trap that doesn't quite fit when you likely want to play 'Book of Life'.

well it seems that english structure deck are always a copycat of japanese, which is true but they always spoil english market, therefor i conclude this upcoming zombie deck is a true failure, i hope they don't release this deck.

Zombie Masters...

I say they'll leave him in there in order to abuse his affect while Zombie World is on the field. Remember, he can grab cards in both players graveyards. They may even put Il Blud in, but I don't think so because it would have been promoted alongside of Soul Taker and Plague Wolf.

I think it would be better they leave Zombie Master, not for the players to get it easier, but for the deck. The deck is made to revive monsters from either player's graveyerd, and Zombie Master is MADE 4 THAT! If they take it out I can't find it :( Tactical Evolution is no longer in stock in the place i live :(

UDE removed FIVE MONARCHS

UDE's The Dark Emperor wasn't even a monach deck, it was a simple Dimesion Beatdown
So, Im not gonna be surprised if UDE changed the whole theme of this deck just like the last one. They'll just have Zombie World and bunch of Zombies bunched together in a deck.

So 2 Zombie Master?
VERY unlikely

probably removed as well, JUST MAYBE they'll leave it in

and whoever thought that UDE is going to put Il Bud, I am Speechless by your stupidity
*Il Bud is going to be in Gold Series 2 and UDE is going to make it the secound CCV making it almost impossible to pull

And all of the other nice reprints like Magical Stone Excavation and Waboku, probably will be replaced

The only nice thing UDE does is they dont replace the New cards, and add one or two nice reprints/cards like foolish burial in SD13
and Soul Taker in this case. (I personally dont think Soul Taker is that of a good card)

In Conclusion, I won't get my hopes up for this

Whoa Hold On...

First of all, I never did say UDE was going to put Il Blud in. I said MAYBE they would, but doubted it because it would've been hyped alongside Soul Taker and Plague Wolf as tough to find reprints.

Next, when has Gold Series 2 ever been confirmed? A couple of months ago, there was a rumor for Gold Series 2, but then it died. If they do another one, it would probably be sometime in April, 1 year after the first one and 6 months too late for the deck.

Third, Zombie Masters and all the other good cards that were in the OCG version are here and all the cards that weren't too great were replaced with somewhat equal or better cards.

Finally, I don't want anyone to start flaming or anything, I just had to defend myself because I was the one with the "stupidity" to even suggest they'd (UDE) put Il Blud in. Air Force, if you corrected yourself later or I'm a little late on responding, sorry for that and this entire post and please refrain from flaming me. Just wanted to clear a few things up after actually reading this whole post.

I really liked The Dark Emperor!

There's nothing wrong with what they did with it! It gave a lot of us "late bloomers" to get some older cards we totally missed out on! The Japanese version was the bad one, giving out all the Monarchs released up to that point - That sounds way more like a sad way to sell a $15 box of cards. If it were the other way around, and I already know how you think from all your posts, is that if the two versions were released by the other instead, you'd say the same thing. I'm happy to get all those D.D. cards, since they're the basis of my Yubel deck that went undefeated for 54 straight duels and two tournaments (Curse you, 'Necroface'!!). Monarchs would be dead without the D.D. cards, because as soon as speed became a factor, they just couldn't cut it. Zombies will be tearing verybody a new one once this comes out, as you can tell from these cards and CSOC.
So, we're good now, right?

This SD is actually well made.They took out Vampire's Curse for good(well done).Spirit Reaper and Shrink are a welcome addition imo.The only thing I don't like is that the Blood Sucker and Owerpowering Eyes they took out will be either in the next premium pack or in Crimson Crisis...

and I thought The Rise Of The Dragon Lords deck was good cause it had ultras and supers from older sets reprinted and had Foolish Burial.
That one along with the macro one fail in comparision to this.I mean you really don't need Il Blud to make a solid zombie deck look at this decks best cards

well if u have a zombie master and cards of safe return (dunno if thats the right name but i mean the card where u can draw cards if u special summon) on the field and u special summon montage dragon with his effect and get the 3 monsters u had to put to the grave (montage dragons effect) with zombie master back.. u will end up having a powerfull montage dragon a zombie master and 3 other zombie cards. and u get to draw 3 cards too!!!
is that good?? i mean all u need is in the deck already and montage dragon is easy to get with them new special tins ^^

But Zombie Master's effect can be used only once per turn, so you can Special Summon only 1 of the monsters sent to the Graveyard by Montage Dragon.

Pretty good changes

I'm glad they took out Red Moon Baby and Reborn Zombie. Both are crud. But Master Kyonshee? They already tried that in the other Zombie deck, and it's still useless even though Normal Monsters have gotten a boost since then. Looks like they got creative with Getsu Fuhma. Also, Ribbon of Rebirth and Shrink are a lot better than DDC (useless while Imperial Iron Wall is in play) and Overpowering Eyes, whatever that is. Secret Rares reprinted as commons are the casual duelist's dream, even though I already have Shrink. As for Vampire's Curse being taken out, I don't mind, since I already have one, though it's better than most people think. Dust Tornado is better than IMT, 'nuff said.

Magical Arm Shield could be nice; you could mess with your opponent, making them think you're going to run over your Swapped Pyramid Turtle right away, but when they try to attack, you can take the Pyramid Turtle and get a free monster! Yeah, it's slow, but it could be useful in casual play.

'Overpowering Eyes'

Actually, that card is majorly harsh
Normal Spell
"Select 1 Zombie-type Monster you control with 2000 ATK or less. The selected monster can attack your opponent directly this turn."
This card lets 'Vampire Lord' attack directly, getting its effect for sure. And it's not limited at all.

Buying this deck will really strengthened any1s deck. Seriously if i bought this SD i would test it out with a Meta deck then salvage all the good cards into my main decks.

Offcourse its not limited, a sucky ass card that lets you attack directly with a 2000 less zombie monster. Why would you want that, first of if some one has compulsy or Dimensional Prison you wasted a card for nothing. Further more zombie is all about strong high level monsters summon from the graveyard in no time, 3 book of life and so many ways to summon more and you have more then enough to empty out your opponents monsterzone. And then attack easy directly because you have room to attack, and attack with a bigger hitter then 2000. Seriously, if you use overpowering eyes you get lauged at.

I can see it now, i have cyber dragon on the field and you have vampire lord and use overpowering eyes. Il be like, damn i was scared i thought you where gonna use brain control of smashin ground. But thanx for wasting a card.

Yikes, guy. I'm not even THAT bitchy on my period! LOL
How can I really tell how well it plays if we don't even have it? Obviously you're from Japan (or some snarky mega-nerd that watches Bakugan religiously), or else you'd notice:
a) Jinzo is the easiest to Summon now than ever, so Traps mean squat, especially when everybody plays at least 1x 'Royal Decree', so all the "bouncing" cards are locked, and then there's the "Imperial Wall" card that COMES IN THIS SD stops to stop all the "anti-Meta" stuff, including 'Dimensional Prison';
b)Last I checked, nobody ever really plays LP-gain cards anymore, which is ironic in the case of the Psychics, so everybody pretty much has just the 8000 LP. Even less when so many pack at least 2x 'Solemn Judgment'. If I can take away 6000 regardless of what monsters you've got, that means something. Why would I be scared of the single 'Cyber Dragon' in your deck if I can have 'Vampire Lord' hit you for 2000, take away a card from your Deck, then 'Shrink' your 'Cyber Dragon' when it attacks so I can hit you for even MORE damage and take ANOTHER card away from you?

You guys, I know ShoDan well, and he didn't mean it like that. He was bitching more on the card than on you. Sometimes he has a weird way of saying things.
"Seriously, if you use overpowering eyes you get lauged at." means in his language that the card is laughable, not you. That's just his way of describing the problems of the card.
He talks like that all the time, and does it jokingly. So please, don't fight over it. Let's keep it friendly.

PS, coming back to your comments, Forrenz, he and I are NOT Japanese, we're Dutch. :-) And Holland is an uninhabited crater when it comes to the world of Yu-Gi-Oh! We've never even been to tourneys, they're scarce here. And ShoDan hates and loathes religion with a passion. :-)

Hahah did i read that correctly, did you really said lol about your own comment. Thats really sad, and im sorry if you took it as a flame i was helping you. Please use that card, imo the card sucks so the nice guy in my tried to help you. And you say that all traps cards are useless when jinzo is on, i agree. But you could have let jinzo attack my cyber dragon, and then zombie master could attack directly and you wouldent have wasted a card, or i would play book of moon or remote controller or so many more cards. Zombies have so much good cards for them it would be pointless to use that card. Because with a fissure you could have destroyed my monster, or with book of life you could have gained a monster. And yes i have played that card before, you have yugioh games with those cards you know. And i was just sharing my thougts and you got al bitchy on me, so if anyone is bleeding out of there snizz its you. If i ever go crazy about some lameass card and you have experience with it, i hope you help me in the same way im helping you. So dont take it hard im just helping.

Im just helping her, we all help people in our own way. I just dont want her to get lauged at, and what would you do if you see someone posting that world suppression is a good card. Imo the best way to get trough someone is by telling the hard truth, and that is what i did. I could"nt have geussed that she would take it so personally, i didnt insult her just the card.

Ending it now, since I forgot about it until just now...

1) Oh well. 'Overpowering Eyes' is the right card in just a few situations. I'd give it a 3/5. Great for 'Vampire Lord' to dump enemy Traps before they're played.
2) Everyone that checks out Manjyome's site knows I'm a gal. As do the people I buy cards from on eBay.
3) Yeah, after being thrashed in a lot of duels lately, and rethinking how my deck works along with the newest cards, I think I've grown quite a bit in seeing how well cards work in both the local and pro league metagames, especially with the help of my friend WarpKnight (the guy that thrashes me).
Oh, and 'World Suppresion' really isn't good. 'Dust Tornado' beats it out if you want to actually GET RID OF the Field Spell.
